Senator Kate Kelly

Senator Kate Kelly is in her second term in the Idaho Legislature where she represents District 18 covering south Boise.  As Minority Caucus Chair and a member of the Legislative Council, she is the third ranking Democrat in the Idaho Senate.  Senator Kelly sits on the Senate Health and Welfare, Judiciary and Rules, and Agricultural Affairs Committees, and on the Legislature's Interim Energy Committee in which role she was an active participant in the development of the Idaho Energy Plan.  When she is not performing her legislative duties, Senator Kelly maintains a law practice and tries to keep track of her three teenage sons.
